Shipping & Returns

  • We ship merchandise to all locations within the continental United States.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your shipping address.
  • Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase with the exception of pre-orders. 
  • Orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class (depending on weight and preference) and usually arrive between 2-5 business days. 
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
  • Cost of shipping (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached and original packaging are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item. 
  • Some items such as sale/discounted products and gift cards are not eligible for a refund and are final sale.
  • On rare exceptions, we may consider partial refunds for late or damaged items. This is subject to approval.
  • We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
  • We receive the right to grant partial refunds to any item that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • You will be notified once your item is received and inspected, and whether the return is approved/rejected. 
  • Once a refunds are approved, a refund will be process within a few business ays, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
  • Please note that it may take some time for your refund to show up on your account. 
  • If you are missing a refund, please contact your credit card and bank before you contact us. 
  • Cost of shipping (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility, and is non-refundable. It will be deducted from your refund total. 
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

**Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.**
